Running a social and got a member arriving by car? Need to register a guest speaker's car for the night? The Students' Union can help out by ensuring that the vehicle is registered before the event takes place. This also removes any problems of any last-minute registrations on the day of your event. All you need to is complete our parking form and enter the requested details. This would include the drivers name, their vehicle registration plate, vehicle make, model and colour.

Please note, our Helpdesk team will process these parking requests during their opening hours, which are 10am to 4pm every Monday to Friday. You will also need to ensure that the event has been approved by us as our Helpdesk will check for an apporved risk assessment and event proposal.
If you do need any last-minute requests, we suggest that you visit one of the recepition rooms on campus that should be able to help out on the day.
