Once a coach has been registered via the Coaching Registration Form, they will be sent a contract from the Students' Union to hire them for their services throughout Term 1 and 2.
Part of this contract is to abide by our Coaching Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is put in place to ensure coaches abide by professional standards, their NGBs as well as the Students' Union guidelines. It's also put in place to protect your members if any incidents were to occur.
Failure to abide by the code of conduct could result in suspension of the coach.
We send all the coaches a copy of the Code of Conduct, but we have also linked it below should you ever want to look at it, share it to your coach or if you have any queries about questionable behavior.
