The SU website, your group page and your group admin section hold a host of wonders for you to access. Whether that's you promoting yourselves to prospective members, downloading a ticket report to see who is coming to your activity or updating your group info; you can do it all!

Sales Reports

When you get elected, your student number/RHSU login will be given administration rights for your student group. This will provide access to a membership list, as well as product and tickets reports. 

 To view sales reports, please follow these steps:

  • Logon to the RHSU website

  • Click 'Admin' at the top right, followed by the name of the student group

  • Click 'Sales Report'

  • Underneath 'Choose Report', you will be given the option to either click 'Sales Report' or 'Purchase Report'. In clicking 'Sales Report', you will be directed to see how many people have bought products available on the RHSU website linked to your student group. 'Purchase Report' will show you the names of those who have bought standard membership.

As a committee leader, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on the number of memberships you have sold for your group, to understand your income but also to make sure that everyone who is accessing the activity is a paid member. Editing the Website

All members of the committee will have the administration access to edit the front page of the student group webpage. This is the place to showcase what your group does; socials, competitions, events etc. and all of your social media channels.

To edit the front end of the website, please follow these steps:

  • Logon to the RHSU website

  • Click ‘Admin’ in the top right of the screen, followed by the name of the student group

  • Click ‘Edit Details’ within the options provided

  • Enter any details that you wish to promote into the text boxes

  • Click save!
